【ついに登場！ツォンヨウバンメン】

こんにちは！SUGARです。
先週から、待望の新メニュー「ツォンヨウバンメン」がついにご提供できるようになりました！

ツォンヨウバンメンとは？
上海発祥の代表的な汁なし混ぜソバです。
ラードでじっくり仕上げた自家製葱油と醤油ダレをベースに、アレンジで海老粉を加え、茹でた中華麺に絡めて食べる、シンプルながらも香ばしい風味が特徴のローカルフードです。
お好みで黒酢をや一味を追加しても◎

上海では専門店や屋台で、手軽な軽食として愛されています。
そのままでももちろん美味しいですが、ビールやハイボールなどのお酒とも相性も抜群です。
言わずもがな、締めにもピッタリな一品。

Starting last week, we are finally able to offer the long-awaited new menu item, "Tsong You Ban Mian"!

What is Tsong You Ban Mian?
It is a representative soupless mixed noodle dish originating from Shanghai.
Based on our homemade scallion oil, carefully made with lard, and soy sauce, we have added shrimp powder as an arrangement, and the mixture is tossed with boiled Chinese noodles. This local food is characterized by a simple yet savory aroma.
You can also add black vinegar or chili pepper to your liking ◎

In Shanghai, it is loved as a casual snack at specialty shops or food stalls.
It's delicious on its own, of course, but it also pairs perfectly with drinks such as beer and highballs.
Needless to say, it's also perfect as a meal to finish.
